Trung Quang Dinh presented his research paper at IFERA Conference 2022

Dr. Trung Quang Dinh, assistant professor at the Faculty of Business Administration, presented his research paper at IFERA Conference 2022.  This year, the conference took place at the University of Cantabria, Santander, Spain during June 22nd – 24th and attracted more than 200 scholars around the world.   

IFERA (the International Family Enterprise Research Academy) is a leading conference dedicated to the advancement of family business research. This conference encompasses an extensive network of academics, researchers and other family business key-stakeholders all over the world. It constitutes a platform allowing participants to engage, present and exchange research findings and practical implications in the field.  

This year‘s theme aims to generate more knowledge on the impact of generational dynamics in family businesses amid fast-changing social, technological and uncertain environments. It also addresses questions on how to secure effective family business succession and enlarge wealth for future generations in family firms.  

Family businesses constitute a major economic force of Iceland‘s economy, this research strand is rather new and under-explored in Iceland. Thus, participating at this at this conference opens up potential collaboration opportunities between HA and other institutional peers.
