SAD-Food-Study: Correlation between eating style, seasonal mood fluctuations, and circadian rhythm

About the project

We aim to investigate how different aspects of eating behaviour vary with seasons over the year, and how eating style relates to seasonal changes of mood. We are furthermore interested how mood and nutrition are affected by being either more active in the morning or evening.
For an appropriate assessment of seasonal changes, our research includes completing a questionnaire 4 times within 1 year. Participants who manage to complete all 4 sessions will have the chance to receive one of our awards, such as a gift card for the Mývatn nature bath.
