Service desk

The Service Desk is located in the reception on the 1st floor of A-wing in the University’s main building. See map of the University’s premises.

  • The Service Desk is open from 8:00 to 15:30 on weekdays
  • Hours of telephone service are from 9:00 to 15:30

Services for students

At the Service Desk, you can, for example:

  • Receive certificates and a summary of academic records
  • Purchase a printing quota

Various other services are available at the Service Desk. If it will not be possible to assist students with their queries, they will be pointed in the right direction.
