New Rules of Service and Payment of the University of Akureyri

According to the new Rules of Service and Payment of the University of Akureyri, no. 1211/2020, the updated payment deadline for the registration fee is July 4^th annually.

From July 5^th each year, students are allowed to pay a registration fee with a 15% surcharge. Students have until August 4th to pay the registration fee with surcharge; after that date it will be understood that the student does not intend to study at the University of Akureyri in the upcoming school year. If August 4^th falls on a holiday or public holiday, the deadline for payment of the registration fee plus surcharge will be moved to the next working day thereafter.
