Professor Helga Kristjánsdóttir participated in the NOITS conference 2022

Helga Kristjánsdóttir, professor at the Faculty of Business Administration, took part in the annual NOITS conference which was held on 19th – 20th of May 2022 in Stavanger, Norway. Keynote speaker was Richard Baldwin, professor of international economics at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. Helga previously organized the conference in Iceland in 2006, 2012 and 2021.

NOITS (The Nordic International Trade Seminars) was founded in 1998 and aims to organize annual workshops with lectures by Nordic researchers and graduate students specializing in international economics.

The main purpose of NOITS is to facilitate co-operation research and scientific communication among Nordic researchers. NOITS also offers graduate students and young scholars the opportunity to present their work and receive valuable feedback, as well as to prepare for international workshops and conferences. The NOITS conference hopes to further strengthen the links between the Nordic institutions.
