University Day

The University of Akureyri presents in Gróska. Staff and students will present all UNAK has to offer. Lilja Margrét Óskarsdóttir is a student representative: "The last time the University Day was held with a similar format was in 2020, and then I was in secondary school and I myself was familiarizing myself with the study programs at university level. It's strange to think how much has happened since then. I think it's just more fun and everyone here at HA is very excited to take part in the day in Reykjavík and then have a similar task here at UNAK the following week."

At Gróska there will be the University of Akureyri, the Faculty of Education of the University of Iceland, the University of Hólar, the University of Bifröst and the Agricultural University of Iceland will present.

"It's important for everyone interested in university studies to take advantage of this day and get to know all the possibilities - don't just stop by one place. People often come across an interesting program that they wouldn't have thought about," says Katrín Árnadóttir, director Marketing and PR at UNAK.

The University Day will then take place at the University of Akureyri on Thursday, March 9 between 11 and 14.
