The Annual General Meeting of Góðvinir will be held on 17 September at 17:00. Everyone is welcome.
The agenda for the Annual General Meeting shall be as follows:
- Election of a chair and secretary for the meeting
- Report from the Board
- Presentation of the Association’s annual accounts for approval
- Amendments to the Articles of Association
- Election of the Chair, cf. Article 5
- Election of the Board, cf. Article 5
- Election of two auditors
- Determination of the annual membership fee
- Any other business
