Summer Services 2026

The University of Akureyri is closed from 6 July through 3 August 2026 for the summer holiday period. During this time, access cards for students will not be active, but staff can still access the University with their card.

The University will reopen on Tuesday, 4 August.

General enquiries about the University's operations will be answered by the reception desk between 10:00 and 14:00 on weekdays throughout the closure period.
