Rachael Lorna Johnstone, professor of Law at University of Akureyri also published this month a chapter, “Hydrocarbon Development in the Arctic: Rights and Responsibilities,” in The Arctic in World Affairs. A North Pacific Dialogue on Global-Arctic Interactions: The Arctic Moves from Periphery to Center (KMI Press, 2020), a collection of conference proceedings from the 2019 North Pacific Arctic Conference hosted by the Korea Maritime Institute and the East-West Center in Hawaii in July 2019.
